Material handling equipment control will allow for blending of grains through drag chains and integration of weigh cells

Generator Control

The generator will start when aeration is needed prior to the fans being started and only if insufficient mains power is available

Fill lids

Automatic fill lid control that will open the lid before the fan is started and also opens the lid when the silo is being emptied

Now with accurate airflow measurement, the aeration front can be better tracked than ever before.

This not only provides you with reliable indications as to when your grain will reach the temperature and/or moisture targets but the new system also allows for variable speed control of the fans in order to maintain the same airflow rate no matter what type of grain or the percentage of fill.
